Introduction
Green Pastures ("We") is an umbrella term for a Community Benefit Society called Green Pastures CBS
Limited, including its subsidiaries and registered charity called GP Gift Limited. Together we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This notice sets out the basis on which any personal data from you or that you provide to us will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 ("the Act") as amended, the Data Controller is Green Pastures CBS Limited of 9 Mornington Road, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 OTS, unless otherwise specified.
Our commitment to effective data protection policies and procedures comes out of our culture and heart for people. We want all those that we interact with to feel safe and secure in the knowledge that we will look after their data and ensure that they have full insight on how we use it, alongside the knowledge that we will uphold their rights under the Act.

We aim high in faith, whilst maintaining good stewardship, including of the personal data that we collect.
We also recognise the importance of data protection when it comes to Safeguarding. We are committed to safeguarding children and adults with care and support needs and ensuring their well-being, and this includes protecting their data with care and diligence.
