Housing First is among the most important and well-known initiatives for tackling homelessness of recent years, but it can achieve so much more than a roof over someone's head.This conference, is co-hosted with Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Greater Manchester Housing First, will celebrate all that Housing First has achieved in England!

Bringing learning from the Housing First regional pilots and other successful programmes, we will recognise Housing First's success as a homelessness intervention, while emphasising the positive long-term impacts around mental and physical health, substance use, and offending behaviour.

Speakers will consider where Housing First sits in the wider system whilst discussing what more can and should be done to build partnerships with other sectors and government departments, and ensure lasting support and impact.
