New Partner Freedom Community Project

Freedom Community Project has 14 centres in small pockets of high deprivation in North East Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire providing practical support for people in poverty. We are delighted to Partner with them and release them to further improve the support they provide to those homeless and in need in their communities.
