Investor Event with Housing Dilemmas

We recently hosted an inspiring investor event in Chelmsford, in partnership with Housing Dilemmas. This gathering provided a unique opportunity for our investors and potential investors to meet the dedicated team behind Housing Dilemmas and witness the incredible work they’re doing to address housing needs in the local area.

The event featured a tour of one of the properties purchased with Green Pastures funding, allowing attendees to see firsthand the life-changing impact their investments are making. It was a chance to ask questions, engage with the team, and gain deeper insight into how our partnership is creating tangible solutions for those in need of housing.

To date, Green Pastures has funded properties that provide homes for 19 individuals through Housing Dilemmas, with another property for 4 people in progress. Additionally, Housing Dilemmas leases 30 more, all while maintaining their well-known, Christ-centered approach and strong sense of family in everything they do.

Their compassion and commitment deeply resonated with the attendees, including Pastor Pete, who was so moved by their work that he expressed a desire to join their team! It was an inspiring day filled with hope for what’s to come.
